If you can wait, their PowerBuy or Encore sales are better prices.
Now the dual offer falls in line with those prices.
Like Col_B suggested, make sure you can accommodate that large footprint.
Performance is heavily tied to proper implementation into your environment & setup, especially duals.
5.1 package as a blind buy is ok deal.
If in no hurry, see if the Energy Classic package comes back.
About half the cost of the 10e package with great reviews!

I have 3 Monolith subwoofers in my main system
Getting them in the room and placed was the first hurdle
They are very large and heavy

From experience I would definitely go 12s between the two.
Especially since Monoprice have/had their own amp issues and their CS leaves a lot to be desired!
