The wheels on these are awful. I struggled with one of these as my carry on for several years that I wish I'd replaced sooner. These suck at rolling upright, suck at rolling on carpet, and you will wish you had something better the whole time you're struggling with it. Seriously, it's not worth it for the downgrade in quality of life. I would not use it even if it were free. Any $50 luggage from Amazon will have vastly superior wheels.

I have the 20 inch Omni from years ago. Still looks the same. The single wheel caster is terrible. Don't buy this if you don't need to right now, and wait for 2-wheel caster Samsonite suitcases to go on sale. Amazon had a huge sale on Samsonite hardsite suitcases in April/May - the Samsonite Centric 2 was on sale for $110 or so for the 20 and 28.
