Yes, they work great. You simply twist off (or cut off) the end and place it where ants are. It's basically sugar water and borax.

That's the price the merchant is currently showing on their page (see screenshot).

I completely understand why it raises an eyebrow if you've bought the item before and don't recall it ever being that price. When a deal is posted, the original price is a required field, so it's taken from the price the merchant is displaying on their page.

That's certainly an explanation, but it is SO misleading on a "deal" site to post such an absurd "retail" price when it's simply so grossly misleading.

The purpose in my response (and I assume others) was to inform potential buyers that the "original price" is utter bull hockey.

I like to use a paper plate and cut it in half and distribute it over the plate. The ants will all be over it.
