Swivel at bottom so no more tangled hose. Stainless steel connects so no rusting and generally hold up longer than brass. Light pull trigger which is huge is you're a pro or wash multiple cars/often enough. Tip holder In Handle so no more losing/looking for a lost tip. Great warranty. Any problems- reach out and they make it right.
McKillans Swivel Gun Pro is a compact pressure washer gun built for easier car washing, with a freer swivel, lighter trigger pull, and quick disconnect fittings that help keep hoses from tangling. The handle also includes a tip holder, and the stainless steel connections are framed as a rust resistant upgrade with solid warranty support. The short pistol style body can be easier to control around paint, though the swivel has been called ineffective once pressure is applied. Price also draws pushback, especially versus cheaper alternatives.
Car detailers washing multiple vehicles, because the light trigger and free swivel reduce hand strain and hose tangles.
Several comments say the $59.19 price is high compared with cheaper Amazon or off-brand guns, including one bought for $19.99 with a foam cannon. The counterpoint is that McKillans is viewed as higher quality, with better fittings and support, so the value depends on whether you want the premium build and features.
The Pro version is described as much more comfortable to hold, with a freer swivel and a lighter trigger pull than the non-Pro. The non-Pro is also said to have more friction in the swivel and a heavier trigger, making it harder to use for frequent washing.
It has a bottom swivel to reduce hose tangles, stainless steel connections to resist rust, a light-pull trigger, and a tip holder built into the handle. Those features are aimed at easier car washing and less fumbling with loose parts.
The swivel can turn when there is no pressure, but it reportedly stops swiveling once pressure is applied. That makes the swivel feature less useful during actual washing, even though the gun itself is still described as nice.
I have owned a McKillans Swivel Gun for several years for my pressure washer. It is a nice gun..... I purchased it on some youtube detailer's recommendations.... It is a nice gun and one thing I was really wanting was it's ability to Swivel...... Yes it will swivel, But as soon as there is PRESSURE it will NOT SWIVEL..... So what's the point!!
Save your $$ and go with a lower cost gun !!

rather buy the one from harbor freight cause it has auto lock button so u don't need to squeeze when pushing out spray
As a safety concern, I would not want an auto lock on a pressure washers especially on a short pistol style sprayer. If this thing accidentally spins in your hands or dropped with a high pressure nozzle it can do some permanent damage to your eyes or skin.
Additionally this thing is mainly used for auto washing and never held for prolong periods that will cause hand fatigue with a longer trigger lever design. Even using a wand type, I've never really said that I needed an auto lock on a pressure washer. Due to the pressure in the internal mechanism, when in use the lever sort of sticks in the on position when activated. Unlike a garden nozzle, with a short lever, which are much stiffer to activate and control, pressure washer guns have longer levers that are easier to activate and hold. Additionally, they are not held on for extended periods.
For safety, I'd prefer no auto lock on it. I am not trying to sell anyone. Get what you like at the price you are willing to pay. I am just sharing my view. I will say an auto lock is plain dangerous and no consumer pressure washer should have.
Decided to finally upgrade after many years and try this McKillans Pro. I think the creator has a good eye for design and uses all stainless steel internal components. And the promo price seem good. I feel the price is not going to drop much lower in the near future since it's a fairly recent release and do not see anything better in terms of design and features...

Car detailers washing multiple vehicles, because the light trigger and free swivel reduce hand strain and hose tangles.
Drivers washing cars in tight spaces, because the short sprayer is less likely to bump paint and the swivel fitting prevents hose tangles.
Owners who want durable metal fittings, because the stainless connections are meant to resist rust and hold up longer.
Shoppers who want an auto-lock trigger on a short pistol-style sprayer, because the lock can be unsafe if the gun spins or is dropped.
People expecting the swivel to keep turning under pressure, because it can lock up once the gun is pressurized.
Owners who need a low-maintenance gun, because one existing unit required repeated disassembly and lubrication.
