$529 seems to be the cheapest for a 16GB Nvidia 5060 TI.
5070 TI is $880 or so in a recent deal (not the best buy $700 crazy good deal.
Good entry into AI, for gaming seems like 9700 XT is a better value.

I don't even consider 12GB because I use my cards mostly for AI tasks an I need the VRAM.
I did end up upgrading to 5070 TI from a 5060 TI because I wanted more memory bandwidth also. Paid up $870 way higher for it since I missed the $700 bestbuy steal.
