I hate that Amazon (and Walmart for that matter) allow listings to group a dozen different products under the same set of reviews (half the time for items that haven't been sold for years). The only real way to normally gauge size, quality, etc is look at user reviews (especially user photos) and every single review appears to be a different product than the prior one, to include gas firepits.

Example review photos

FWIW, this actually looks like of neat with the 'grate' which, in theory, could be used for cooking for camping in an emergency.

I wouldn't consider an 11" tall, 7" diameter fire to be a fire "pit." Seems useful for roasting marshmallows or just to warm up a bit.

This thing is great. I used it last night. Its perfect for summer or when you dont want to fire up the big solo stove. Its very sturdy and puts out good heat for its size. And yes, you can actually use it to cook if you use the grate. I've only used scraps of pine and oak but you can supposedly use pellets as well. For $22 bucks its a great buy.
