Would've been great if they included this impact wrench in the battery +free tool promo at Lowe's. But sadly no

I was in the craftsman ecosystem for a couple of years. Sadly, these are not the same build quality as the old craftsman we used to get from Sears. I switched to Milwaukee a few years ago, and the difference is night and day. If you're getting this, you might as well go Harbor freight for even cheaper or save up just a little more and go Milwaukee or DeWalt. Much better quality better warranty and will last much longer. These are basically toys.

Why advertised the fastening torque when main purpose of this tool is to remove fasteners so advertise the nut busting torque. Most would use a torque wrench anyway to tighten them down to manufacturers specs

I switched to RIDGID line from Home Depot. Lifetime service agreement is supposed to provide batteries and repair/replacement of tools for life. They have 3 flavors of impact wrench. Without looking I think the midline RIDGID impact wrench is like 750 ft lbs.
