I used to chuckle at these off-brand's poorly photoshopped product pictures from time to time. But now that AI handles the majority of the editing/generating, at least we don't see the obvious unnatural photos. The thumb on the last picture, though…

I was just thinking that there should be a picture of someone shining the black light at a hotel bed.

The fact alone that they say it's 400 lumen and not 12,000 is respectable. It does look a little big though for what it can do. I have too many flashlights, I will skip this one.

Why are all the reviews by Vine customers that received the product free?

In this case it seems to be because it's a new product on amazon, probably nobody who actually bought one has bothered to write a review.

FWIW I received mine yesterday and the UV light does not work.

Returning for a refund.

I did long press the button as per the instructions. The LCD lights up and shows the battery percentage as if powered up but the UV doesn't come on.

This dude showed up yesterday and it is pretty damn big for an edc. Too big. Lights work decent enough but the UV is very good. All in all not a return but definitely will sit in a drawer. 3 stars for just flat terrible size. Added star for UV working very well.

Thoughts on keeping this fellow around for finding pet stains? My current UV light has too much visible bleedover making it difficult to spot older stains.

no, you're SUPPOSED to... which for most people means it's optional.

Thoughts are, just clean your house regularly and don't worry about a UV light. You're better off not knowing anyway. (but yes, a UV light with dark lens should help eliminate visible light that distracts from seeing the UV fluorescing items.)
