Single hose - this is a TERRIBLE IDEA. Very inefficient!!! Do NOT buy! These single-hose units need to be outlawed.

I'd look at the 12k midea for $210 on ebay, it lists it for $250 but supposedly will accept 210. I submitted 212 and I have 2 coming in today and its a 2 hose, and its 14k ashrae? but 12k doe, I think its just a new or different standard.
