I used to do massage professionally with a certificate at an accredited school. Looking at the reviews it seems this is only air compression and there are no rollers like the so called "shiatsu" massagers. Because of this it's probably relatively safe but it's basically just a pumping action for circulation. A lot of massage therapists are also not going to do as much for the hands as the rest of the body. Heat of course isn't something you even need a device for, use some hot water to start with or even a bowl of ice water for contrast.

Got mine several months ago and returned it. It is too weak as a massager. It feels like a toy.

I've seen Dune. I'd stay away from this.

I have something similar. it's bulky and awkward but does massage decently. I still feel like I massage my own hand better

How much did you pay for yours? No idea what these go for. And the Amazon price history page errors out with the pic of a dog saying could not find that page.

I have this exact model. Paid $30 for it. Does its job. Worth it at this price for sure. Not at $100.
