Check the manufacture date on it, too. The resin breaks down over time and the disc can break apart. 2-3 years is the typical shelf life and I bet these are there or past that.

Also want to comment about lack of packaging. I ordered one of these some time ago and it came in a padded envelope. Bent. I had Amazon send me a new one and received an empty envelope. They issued refunds of course but did not want to send a third one.

should we pass on this, i don't like playing mail order games? it took me forever to get a wedding ring in my right size; turned out ok, we are till 'death do us part' and i have not died yet. or is this heaven? thanks in advance.

Here are my expiration results from the 4 discs i bought:

DW8062 cutting disc:
disc #1: 09/2028 (inner hub)
disc #2: same.

DW4514 grinding disc:
Disc #1: 12/2028 (inner hub)
Disc #2: same.
