No coupons was my case for a year and a half. No answers from Amazon when I called many many times. During that time they were hounding me to register a business account for discounts. I ignored. Until I created a parallel business account. Sure enough, the coupons all appeared there. Same card used, same address. But in this listing, no coupon for me either this time on either account.
The "business account" discounts aren't there. I've only seen 2 items cheaper on business than consumer account. Those were work related products that I didn't think sold very well.
