Circle 360 is mainly useful for Target regulars who can take advantage of the free year and occasional perks. The membership can help with same day delivery and shipping, and grocery delivery through Shipt is described as workable. But the value is dragged down by high Target prices, limited availability, weak monthly freebies, and the fact that many orders still require Shipt tipping or a $35 minimum. The free offer may also carry a fee in some areas, so it feels most worthwhile only if you already shop Target often.
Common Questions (4)
It can be worth trying if you already shop at Target a lot, but many say it is not worth paying for. The main drawbacks are high Target prices, limited availability, monthly freebies that are often useless, and delivery benefits that still come with $35 minimums and tipping expectations.
Yes, many orders handled through Shipt still expect a tip, and some say orders may be deprioritized if you do not tip. That makes the delivery feel less free even when the membership removes the delivery fee.
Yes, same-day delivery is through Shipt. The practical catch is that it may still involve tipping, and some shoppers prefer in-store pickup because the delivery experience and fees do not always feel worthwhile.
A recurring Black Friday pattern is reported where a free year is offered if auto-renew is set up at the right time. Timing the account around Black Friday can let the membership roll into another free year without paying.
