It's the Lexar Professional SL600 model. I was able to pick up a 4tb for $261.46. Thanks OP!
It was marked as clearance for $350, but rung up cheaper. Don't know how many they had in stock. Shows unavailable if you check the website.

Just picked up the 4TB in Nebraska today. Price on shelf was $399.99 with 1 left and rang up at the op's price too. Guy had no clue what the deal was.
