This isn't actually "Memory Foam" which is a specific brand/type of proprietary foam. It is just regular random kind of foam that behaves sort of like Memory Foam but not nearly as well, and it isn't as durable or soft as real Memory Foam so this will start to rip and develop a low spot in the center a lot sooner. It does work decently well at first though, so if you aren't obese and you climb into bed carefully without poking into the foam, it will last a year or two before noticing low spots or rips. If you are obese it may start ripping within days or weeks depending on how obese you are.

If it's at risk of falling apart if you put too much weight onto one hand while getting in and out of the bed....then it's a piece of fragile, poorly made junk...!!!

Always buy a firm mattress, you can always make it softer. Tough to make a soft mattress firmer.
