The protein plus has a different bite, not as good al dente, cooks faster than normal pasta, doesn't hold up as well for cold pasta dishes. Weirdly the normal pasta in USA has less protein than its international counterparts like in Canada like three times less

Link? It's probably either different standard of testing, or different serving size

Wish it was organic. Recently heard of the technique to dry out wheat quicker by spraying roundup on it just prior to harvesting. What could go wrong?

You're in great luck! That's absolutely false, spraying roundup on wheat would make it dry much slower, and likely mold, there's absolutely nothing in roundup that would make anything dry faster, and the spray is mostly water, so it would likely just cause mold.

I thought this was BS until I completed 5 seconds of research and read otherwise. Google 'wheat roundup'. Do you have anything to backup your claim that this is absolutely, 100% false?

Agreed on the cold pasta issue. My kids eat this fine warm, but do not like it cold, unlike normal pasta.

Also worth noting, its also much higher in fiber than normal pasta. Not as high as whole grain, but better texture than that.

Damn, had it in cart for $8.25 + $3 slow shipping credit.

The clock struck midnight and the promo disappeared

This reply is absolutely false, they often spray wheat with glyphosate products as a desiccant which kills the wheat so it can dry out like it naturally would only faster and at the timing of the farmer and not mother nature.
