No, the Hisense 40-Inch QD4SR Roku TV does not support 4K resolution. It features Full HD (1080p) resolution, which is a step below 4K.

Some of the promos for this tv are confusing, but I can confirm that it is a Roku operting system, not Fire. Also, IMHO, 4k on a 40 in. tv would be a waste of money, in a screen that small, you wouldn't see any difference from a 1080 resolution.
