Be careful with these, they are usually the store display and they don't keep the wall mount that came with it. I once ordered one and it didn't have the one connect box. Just look it over before you leave the store.
I got an open box frame tv - i figured it was just going to display art work...
As another user mentioned, it was missing the one connect box, cable and mount even though it was "certified" as being like new.
I brought it back to bestbuy, argued and just told them id dispute charge with amex. Manager finally agreed to exchange. This tv is a PITA to mount, watch a youtube video on how to do the cable management.
Within 1 week the tv started doing odd things, I bought bb geek squad protection since it was "open box". That was completely worthless. Geeksquad aka India squad told me that since the unit is under warranty I need to go through Samsung. Samsung told me I need to return it to store since it was under 30 days.
It took over 60 days of a dispute with AMEX, bestbuy and samsung. I realize this was not bestbuys fault, or samsungs fault. It was just faulty electronics.. however, if you go on reddit you can see all the issues.
Samsung did replace my unit, and I am running my home assistant to put free artwork on it. Samsungs collection is trash.

Always check condition before you pay. I recently purchased Open Box - Excellent, and when I showed up at store they brought me tv wrapped in bubble wrap and tape. They were so unwilling to unwrap it, but after they did I found scratches, dents, and missing accessories. It wasn't even fair condition according to BB description.

Same experience for me, he assured me everything was in the wrap but when I got home it had no remote or stand. I bought open box excellent but it was in terrible condition.
