Been extremely happy with this since it came out the last month, and just was able to get a price match request approved for a $200 refund from this sale. Great deal

Anyone on here have experience with this (or the Qrevo Edge 2, the more mainstream version) and the Saros 10R? If so, any recommendation on one over the other assuming both are similarly priced? I'd rather buy from Costco, but Roborock has a solid deal on the 10R right now, especially if you can leverage other discounts. TIA

My only beef with roborock, their charging elements are cheap and burn into the metal contacts they use, which causes the robot over time not to charge.... I was so happy I had an extended warranty or I would have been stuck with an $600 paper weight after the problems became a daily thing instead of once a month and cleaning the contacts no longer was fixing it, cause the corrosion was too bad.

Costco has been undergoing a slow and silent shift in their policy, they are starting to treat returns differently if the item "is outside of its reasonably expected service life". We had to return a generator with a carb issue (~45 hours on the odometer, which is very low) and it took 3 hours of arguing to get them to take it back.

They were adamant on the "expected lifespan" and I had to keep asking them to produce the return policy, in writing, that said they could do that. They were never able to produce it. It went on for hours until they realized I used to work there and knew the policy myself!

I tried to return a broken can opener a few months later and they started the same route and offered to refund my membership if I wasn't satisfied. I just pointed at the return policy on the wall and said bring your manager out and ask them. He tried the same thing again until I asked for it in writing and all of a sudden they would honor the return right away.

This was an issue with the Q Revo first generation, not sure if they fixed it in this model or not.

Yeah, I had to kill time that day so I decided to make it worth my while, plus it was a thousand dollar generator.
