Anyone has good luck with the receiver? I bought a 5 to 1 hdmi switch from ugreen, died in 1 year, then bought a 3 to 1 and also died in 1 year. Wondering if ugreen just have bad product lifetime or I'm just unlucky

Me too. I bought one to try out. From what I read, you need one of those VERY expensive HDMI switchers if you want proper CEC support for all connected devices. I read reviews of how some of the cheaper ones will turn off/on the wrong device or other weird behavior like that.

how'd they die? just completely stop working? does urgeen warranty cover a replacement or you haven't tried?

Just died... As in wouldn't show any pictures and even the LED indicator to show it has power doesn't even turn on. I reached out to warranty and said I'm out of the warranty period since it was more than 1 year. So far I just unplug and plug things. But if others have gotten good luck with them I might try again

Connected my PS5 and Switch 2 dock to the 3-in-1 switcher. CEC seems to work. I did have it stop working when I tried Hollow Knight on my Switch 2 since it switches from 4k to 1080p60 after the start logo. But a quick disconnect of the switch 2 from the dock fixed it. I tried a second time but didn't have that problem.

My TV also randomly turned on at night when I had no input HDMI cables attached (I ordered shorter ones and they didn't arrive until today) which I'm blaming on the HDMI switcher since that's never happened before. Hopefully it was a 1 time thing. It can be powered off of my TV's USB port so that's nice.
