US General is priced to compete with likes of husky/kobalt/craftsman... hyper tough is probably a tier below... if you're gonna use and abuse it a lot and need something durable prob not ur choice unless ur fine with getting another every few yrs... if you take care of ur stuff more and just need a little bit of organization then it'll prob do well for you

I'm seeing a lot of 23 gauge answers fwiw. That's thin. I want to say the 46" Yukon I am waiting on is 21 gauge. I seem to recall the US General stuff is 18 gauge. The USG 4 drawer tech cart seems like the answer assuming as a SDer you are ITC. It's $149 this month.
