For a clean chrono like this... good luck finding eco and sapphire at this price point. This is a good deal for what it is. Especially with 100m water resistance.

Buy a Casio. Pretty much any one of their watches falls into your cheap and keeps good time category.
Honestly any quartz watch keeps good time. But quality might be suspect for a lot of cheap watches. Timex also makes some good cheap watches.
