$20 is the right price point for me to throw money at this gizmo. Realistically, I'm content using a hand driver for electrical trim vs spending $80 on this. Perhaps I'm just missing the value prop

The rechargeable Ryobi is actually the one that beats this dewalt and the long Milwaukee both. Slim light long, very ergonomic and locks instantly

Excuse my ignorance but what does that even mean? In the past I've had a Skil cordless screwdriver that you could change the batteries it was great but you can't get batteries for it anymore that I know of. Now I have the Milwaukee M12 screwdriver pistol shaped but I'd like to have one that's inline but have no idea what this gyroscopic thing is, I even searched for it but no good explanation.

The DeWalt DCF680 was an 8V MAX lithium-ion cordless screwdriver renowned for its unique and popular gyroscopic motion activation. Instead of relying on a traditional directional toggle switch, the tool sensed your wrist movements: turning your hand to the right tightened fasteners, while turning left loosened them. It's now discontinued to great dismay of many.

Yeah, this is just a money grab. This is like the $5 dirty santa gifts that you end up with...I've got like 4 of these from no-name makers in my kitchen junk drawer, which is exactly where this would end up.

It's actually hard for me to believe that they can get away with selling this crap for $80. This should be marketed and branded Melissa and Doug, not DeWalt. Even my wife would call this a toy
