Same case without the proprietary lighting hub and fans is $60 on Woot. Much cheaper to go that route and install some ThermalRight fans than be locked in to Cosair's iCue Link environment unless you *really* care about your RGBs.

Download signal rgb and don't worry about proprietary. But yeah, cheaper cases available

I find it much easier to use with better default options but if you know what you're doing with open I think it's way more customizable without a paywall

As far as I know, the Cosair iCue stuff uses a special connector instead of PWM+ARGB, that's what I was referring to as proprietary. Compatible fans and AIO are going to be significantly more than standard.
