My ninja auto iq blender broke and i got a similar one to this for $30 but the peak wattage is 900. the 24 ounce cups are pretty small if you use this everyday. But for $18 this would be good for a backup .

This one just says 450 watts so im guessing thats the max output.

I make smoothies everyday for breakfast so i might as well post my recipe

Frozen Fruit - 100g of frozen banana (just buy fresh, peal, and throw it in a pyrex dish the freezer
Frozen Vegetables (one or mixed) - 100g of raw frozen zucchini, frozen peas and carrots, frozen carrots, or frozen cauliflower.
Peanut butter or Peanut powder - 1 serving
Olive oil - 15g
Oats - 40g
Powdered Milk packets or Milk - optional but tastes better with milk instead of water.
Protein powder - usually around 30g or a serving of around 20-25 grams of protein
water. Vanilla is usually the best for smoothies because its the most versatile flavor

i get around 700-800 calories and like 40g of protein for less than $2
