The bad thing about battery jumpers is you need to charge them. If you forget about the jumper until you need then you are SOL. They do make super capacitor jumpers that can charge from your car, wall, or even your own "dead" battery in about a minute. Since I drive a hybrid I keep one in my car because I'm not supposed to jump people off from my car. I got it for family emergencies. I think autowit made mine.
