I don't know anything about cameras, but this strap has swivel connectors that are designed to attach to weapons.
I don't think they will attach to a camera.

I ordered one anyway. If nothing else, I can use cable ties to attach the camera to it. Thanks for the reply. At least I know what it's used for.
