It's brother (c910) which the only difference between is the sticker is known for a high failure rate even tho it's cheap it aint a good deal, even if it doesn't fail it'll be very hot and slow

The shortage is making even these cheap brands bold. That is a ridiculous price, double what good brands sold for before the LLMocalylse.

You can get Fanxiang brand drives direct from them on Ebay for ~$230 for 2TB, at least for the past month you could. They also have their Fikwot brand drives available as well. I purchased 2 at different times.

Fikwot,fanxiang and a few other chinese brands have their ssd components made in one place and the quality of their components is very iffy

why in the flying f*** would i pay more money for an SSD that uses chinese NAND when i can buy this model with SKHynix NAND?

i'm genuinely curious what the thought process is here.

I've been in the market for a 2TB nVME drive, and though this price makes me want to vomit, I don't know if we'll see relief anytime in the next year or two. That said, the mixed feedback here is probably enough to sit this no name brand out. I guess I'll wait and see if any deals come on something $250 or less for 2TB, that isn't a cheap, no name brand.

KLEVV is owned by Essencore, a subsidiary of the conglomerate SK GROUP (which also owns SK Hynix). Whether or not KLEVV uses SK HYNIX parts I do not know.

Thanks for being my deciding vote, ive been looking to not spend a fortune on an AM5 build, but some cheap sales get my attention

Klevv are hynix's garbage disposal
They give them their shitty quality nands
Also c910g has a high failure rate
Both fanxiang and this ssd are bad picks

Yeah they do use hynix nands but they use klevv as their garbage disposal, give the shit quality nands

Klevv aren't a no name brand they are under the sk group but this ssd sucks and has a high failure rate, klevv have 2 (c925/c925g which are basically the exact same ssd) good ssds everything else either sucks or has bad quality components as sk hynix use klevv as a garbage disposal
