I mean, sure for the deal price these are decent if you have nothing already. But as someone who's bought these in the past, they often go bad after a couple years of being a hot/cold car. Then you have to replace the stuff that goes bad/expired - and yes even bandaids go bad: they turn brittle, etc.

You want a kit with a box that will survive the elements and has a gasket to keep out water/moisture.
In a previous deal someone in EMS actually shared a list of stuff one should have in an emergency medical kit, lot of stuff was missing from these cheap kits you had to add... I can't find the thread, but tourniquets and stop-bleed compresses were such items.
