Of course it is, and that was never in question. But the person was asking why these deals are always on the front page. The fact that it's virtually always staff posting them should tell you that they are more than likely sponsored posts, aka paid placement by the seller. They are great deals, and I've attempted to take advantage of one of them recently myself only to have my order immediately canceled.
