Just updated it - you can get an extra 10% back in paypal rewards so it drops it down to around $270.

It is, but generally that's the brightness in the under $400 price range (generally...).

I have an Alienware OLED that's 250 nits but I keep it at 70% brightness all the time and for me that's plenty - it depends on your room though and it's definitely on the low side for a monitor.

I know it may sound weird, but I love that this monitor has a built in power supply. I just have to grab a standard power cable, and that's it. I keep moving my monitor around, so this is very convenient.

You can drop the price to $284.99 after the coupon by using an EPP Employee Discount account. Plus, since the PayPal cashback doesn't require a click-through, you can stack it with an additional 3% cashback from a cashback site.
I just ordered one and Paypal already shows 10% pending cashback. I need to check cashback(r10) site later.

You will want to look up how many nits your current monitor is, you may be just fine with 200, or you may be really disappointed, because of what you are used to.

My very old TN monitor is 400 nits, so 200 is really tough for me personally. But it may be just fine for you.
