Probably not. I have Adguard Home and I still get Youtube ads on my LG TV. Youtube ads come directly from youtube.com is why you can't block YT ads.

Although, I actually never see YT ads on browsers like Firefox.

You can block them with extensions like uBlock Origin. I just wish there was an easy way to do it outside of just web browsers.
