Couple threads on reddit about Osaki indicate that they are cheaply made Chinese chairs with a Japanese sounding name and a very high failure / problem rate

How hard is this to get from the curb into your house?

I have about 4 to 5 steps up into the front door? Is it sent in multiple boxes?

It is extremely heavy and quite large. Also, if you dont pay for inside delivery, it will not be brought in.

We broke down the boxes on our porch and brought in the pieces one at a time since the boxes dont fit through standard door.

I have had a massage chair for about 3 years. LOVE it. Probably use it 5 days a week. my only regret was not getting one sooner.

I think I paid just north of 4K for mine, so the idea of getting one for 1K with set up is bananas.

I'd recommend getting the white glove delivery.
