- Major Tourist Cities: Dense urban hubs (like New York City, Tokyo, Paris, or London) have total bans or impossible permit loops.
- Directly Over People: Federal safety rules strictly prohibit parking your drone directly over crowds, festivals, or strangers. Meaning any places that has enough people walking around.
- With most states/cities privacy law, you cannot record or capture video/photos of a neighbor's property that is normally hidden from the public street, other houses, or ground-level views (like by tall fence). So depend on where the drone camera is pointing, just flying straight up can accidentally record directly into 2nd-floor windows of houses on your block, or backyard that normally blocked by tall fence or other houses, etc.
- No Beyond Line-of-Sight Flying: You cannot fly behind your own roof, behind dense trees, or into a position where you can only see the flight through your controller screen.
- No Low-Altitude Trespassing someone else house (fly above someone else house)
