Tapo makes good stuff. Remember TP-Link and Kasa? This is just the next evolution lol

I have several outside cameras with solar charging. They work well and you can use a microscope card to store video locally without subscription. All 5 of my Tapo cameras have worked well.

How does Tapo compare with eufy? Would eufy be better for multiple cameras?

Only a hair-width lower in what you get, but significantly cheaper.

Very well worth the price, when your intention is a reliable home (Non-commercial) recording and retrieving the footage, without subscription and cloud, when you use local recording (Micro SD cards).
Additionally, this deal supports RTSP and ONVIF, allowing recording to a NAS (Synology, QNAP, Blue Iris, etc.) for much greater reliability than relying only on the SD card.

You will not be cheated like by numerous no-name competitors that will die on you in a matter of weeks, if not days, or be completely creeped and handicapped by Yi-YiLite-based app cameras (Total trash due to nasty App).

Should you opt for Eufy, your comparative product to this deal model is Eufy Indoor Cam E220(So you know what to look for, for the price difference with this), which has slightly more reputation, mostly due to a more polished app, but remember Eufy doesn't support NAS, even at higher price.

Can I simultaneously have this cam show up in Blueiris AND HomeKit through homebridge or something?

Short answer: Yes. But if you need to set the Apple right. (And no problem at all with BI).

Here is how to do:

Tapo C210P2 → Wi-Fi network → Blue Iris (RTSP/ONVIF)

and at the same time:

Tapo C210P2 → Homebridge → Apple Home app

You need to know Tapo C210P is not directly compatible with Apple Home, so you need the Homebridge.
For that you can use:
1- Homebridge (most common)
2 - Scrypted (often better for cameras)
3 - HOOBS

And though you can view and use both at the same time on both platforms/gadgets, you should not forget this is a rather hi resolution camera (2K) so unless you have an adequately hi speed WiFi and bandwidth, you better keep part of streaming on lower rez, say the Home App and use the BI for high rez recording/streaming.
