Can you assign a fixed IP in advanced options on this camera? I know some TAPO cams you cannot

I don't have specifically this one, but I think you are referring solar and battery ones. The wired ones have advanced setting with network settings.

Yes it does. I have this cam and it is wired on where floodlight was on soffit. It has SD card and it tracks motion, floot light is pretty bright and adjustable. I also bought a 60 degree(wish I bought 90) soffit mount since this only months on a wall.

I'm pretty sure all of them can be assigned a static IP. I do this on the router side. Camera side, I can't say all, but I can with the ones I own.
