Spartanburg SC Home Depot has these in the Garden Center unmarked
It seems decent quality - nice stress-relief on the female side & the connectors themselves are pretty beefy.
IMHO "Contractor Grade" = good enough for a pro use because your wouldn't care if it gets lost / damaged

7-11 update: The hose itself probably middle-of-the-road quality. There were 'dents' from the strapping that suggested cheap hose. I capped it, put it under pressure and left in sun to 'break in'. I was surprised how the hose expanded - IDK if this is good or bad but I can say this appears better than my 100' 10yr old top-of-line Harbor Freight hose it is replacing.
