A seller finds an unbranded product on a marketplace like Alibaba or 1688, asks the factory to print a logo such as "XOCUEHT" or "QWERTIX" on it, then sells it on Amazon.
This lets them create a trademark and register under Amazon's brand registry.

Long story short, bought this one since it could deliver Sat, not Thurs. It sounds pretty decent for $16 however I do wonder what the semi name brand would have sounded like for $11 more.
