-Number of upvotes is out of proportion to deal quality and # of comments. 300 TU on a product that isn't significantly better or cheaper than competitors (search Amazon or AliExpress).
-Thread is full of shills. Classic shill comments include deal is dead/not working (create FOMO) followed by it is working, ty op in for 2-3, this would make a great gift, I bought this product from this reputable company and it was great, etc.
It's sad because I used to love coming to this site but rarely visit it since it is filled with so many crappy deals that it is hard to find actual deals. Maybe someone could make a site that scans SD, removes deals posted by staff, tries to detect shills and give lower priority to those deals, makes sure TU:comment ratio is within a certain range, etc.

It is over promised and over engineered junk that still doesn't work right because no one took a class in design. They use to sell these as white elephant gifts years ago. $20 is way too much to pay for this, and it will rapidly end up in the back of your upper shelf unused, and still taking up space.
You can buy empty salt and pepper shakers that functionally work way better than this for $1.
I like freshly grind black peppercorns and I had been using the manual grinders and the traditional mortar and pestle method for years. I got this set a year ago and love its convenience and speed. I only need to charge it once every couple months with almost daily usage. It is lightweight and grinds at least 4 times faster than the manual one. I just don't like the design of the power button that is completely flush and is very hard to feel it with my finger. I would highly recommend it if you like fresh grind peppers.
