I take it with coq10 and notice the difference in energy and blood flow. But honestly I think it's the coq10 pulling the weight...

Good stuff, a large percent people have a genetic variant (I do) in their MTHF gene where they dont metabolize folate correctly. This is what you need if you do.

I take the drops and would definitely recommend this, but the tincture version.
