Sure, with some specific caveats. You aren't playing at anything higher than 1080p. You don't mind playing at low / medium settings. You don't mind being phased out on some newer titles that require 8GB VRAM.

Seems like a good starter PC for under $500 and you could eventually find a Used RTX 3060 or 6600 XT to throw in there if you wanted.

Couldn't find the wattage of the PSU listed, but by the images there's 2x8 connectors to the GPU, so there's upgradability possibilities there.

I was trying to help a friend build a computer on the cheap, and the cheapest we could find was roughly around $600, of course you can go dell precision route and save some money but even that would put you in the ballpark of about as much or more than this, and it's not as nice as this, true the case is probably a hot box, and things will probably overheat, but what prevents you from picking up a really nice case for 50 bucks later down the road and case swapping it?

Not sure if its a targeted deal but coupon code YUSFSIGSDX2SVYCM brings the price down another $20 to $379.

Yes, that's targeted and a personalized coupon, not available to everyone.

Is the PSU upgradeable (most likely a 500W model)? What's the motherboard's model (does it use proprietary PSU connector)? Does it support XMP?

Depending on the pay and mobo this is a pretty decent jump into PC gaming for someone looking to move away from console. Could start here and change gpu when possible.
