Certain lights in this size range might be able to reach 10% of that figure, but that would require high quality (expensive) components -- which would push the retail price into the $50-$200 range. And seeing it compared to other lights in those pics, yeah 1000 lumens sounds about right.
All of these "10 BILLION lumens!!!!" claims on crappy chinesium lights is hilarious(ly sad).
