This is a long rechargeable LED flashlight that stands out for being very bright for about $10 and handy for car, shop, or night walking use. The USB C charging and removable battery setup are practical, and the larger body mainly seems to buy longer run time rather than a dramatically stronger beam. The main caveats are the wildly inflated 90,000 lumen claim, confusing battery information, and reports that some units arrive dead or with non removable batteries. A decent low cost light if you want size and runtime more than premium specs.

  • Tinkerers who want removable batteries, because the cells can be taken out and replaced after years of use.

  • Night walkers wanting a very bright carry light, because it is bright enough for dog walks and still feels worthwhile around $10.

  • Drivers needing a glovebox flashlight, because it fits a door pocket, recharges by USB-C, and is bright enough for roadside use.

  • Shoppers who want a long defensive-style flashlight, because the extended body is specifically called out as useful when that form factor matters.

  • Buyers expecting true 90,000-lumen output, because the light is repeatedly described as far dimmer than the listing claims.

  • People who need a pocketable everyday carry light, because the long body is awkward to carry and a smaller light gives similar brightness.

  • Shoppers who need a sealed, swappable-battery design, because the battery setup is contradictory and may be non-removable or vary by version.

  • Outdoor users who need weather resistance, because zoomable lights can let dust and moisture reach the internals.

Point taken on Rufus!
Every once in a while Rufus will impress me finding specs or features listed in photos but not in the actual text, but you have to (heavily) vet anything it tells you.

For the most part, I use Rufus to confirm what I already suspect but cannot find any proof of. It seems to work okay for that. Normally citing reviews or text pulled from photos, but that is often enough if you dive deeper into the context.

I will say Rufus is pretty dumb when to terms that are interchangeable. I've had a number of times when researching video game controllers where it will claim that something has gyro because the world "motion" is mentioned when speaking about analog sticks or perhaps triggers, or claim it doesn't have gyro (super definitively) when motion controls, 6 degree axis, etc are referenced over and over and over again. Same thing for wireless controllers working (or not working) in wired mode. It just isn't smart enough to connect so really clear dots.

Likely made even worse by these random vendors clearly using AI themselves to translate their listings. I'm sure Rufus is trained on American English, not whatever nonsense verbiage / buzzwords that AI translates into English from Chinese, then Rufus attempts to interpret

TLDR: IMO Amazon calling Rufus "AI" is quite the exaggeration.

In case it isn't obvious to some people, please know that the photos used in this listing are not anywhere even close to accurate for this light. The seller either used a different flashlight for the photos, or is using manipulated images.

Also, this light claims to have 90,000 lumens, which is scientifically impossible for a light this size. Certain lights in this size range might be able to reach 10% of that figure, but that would require high quality (expensive) components -- which would push the retail price into the $50-$200 range. (See: Weltool, Acebeam, Imalent, Olight.)

So, please adjust your expectations on the output of this light. It will not perform the way the photos or seller listing say it will.
Everything said is 100% correct, and this is completely deceptive marketing

Am I going to buy this? Yes
Is this probably junk? Yes
Do I feel like I need it? Yes
Why do I feel like I need it? Because my kids broke all my other cool flashlights.
Is that really why they broke? Probably not.
Were the last flashlights I bought on here probably junk, too? Yes
And that's really why they broke, isn't it? Yes
And am I going to get mad at my kids when this breaks in 3 months, too? Yes
Am I still going to buy this? Yes

I received mine today and it's pretty nice and bright for the price, I usually buy these cheap Chinese lights to throw around the shop and this one by far is the best one but I guess that code is only a one time use.
Agree. It is much better than expected. I could place 2 more orders with the code discount.

I hear that, completely agree, but for 9 bucks and change I'm signing up for this party. Lol I wanna see how far my 9 bucks goes. Of course, everyone should understand the 90k lumen claim is pure nonsense. 🙂

I don't understand why companies are allowed to claim blatant lies like this. Bad photoshopped pictures and/or AI images, claiming insane lies like 100,000 lumens, etc. They can't keep getting away with it! 😭

It is recommended to keep one in your car, at home, or give one to family and friends.
... for Valentine's Day stocking stuffers, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Back to School or Christmas. Flashlights high lumens are the ultimate birthday gift for men, women, dad, mom, adults, parents, boyfriends, sons, neighbors, or anyone who loves the great outdoors.

I think I'll surprise my neighbor with a Valentine's Day stocking stuffer. The perfect gift!

It is definitely not recommended to store any rechargeable lithium-ion batteries in a vehicle. Not only do they degrade faster in high and low temperatures, they can also ignite from thermal runaway.

Safer options: lithium primary batteries (non-rechargeable, such as Energizer Ultimate Lithium), LiFePO4 batteries, and standard AA/AAA.

Got mine and can't believe how bright it was. Just went back and ordered a second one at this price. One of the better lights I have bought.

LEOs do not use anything like this light. They use Streamlight, Surefire, Acebeam, Fenix, Nitecore, Olight, etc.
