This cream is cheaper per oz at Sam's Club, but you need a membership to purchase.

1oz is a TINY bottle. The picture showing hands is a 3oz bottle. This is $2.25/oz, regular price for a 2-pack of 7oz tubes is $1.54/oz or less with S&S https://a.co/d/04eKOwj1

If you truly need tiny bottles, Walgreens has 2oz bottles on clearance right now for about $2/oz YMMV

Good luck getting more than 3/4 of the contents out of those tubes. Way out of my price range.

This is the only hand lotion I use and you are correct. For this reason I only buy the tubs. I also feel the tub version is slightly better than the tube version.
