Price is still $1584 for 77". The promo code BFINJULY takes off 20% ($396) so be sure you're using the right promo code. Old codes like FREEDOM10 will only discount half as much which I think is what is happening for you.

77" C6H with free S80TY sound bar $2159 FWIW. Slightly cheaper than the similar deal with a $250 gift card and no GC to deal with. Love mine when they ran it for $1899 alone as I already had a S90TR system.

Incredible deal for those that can get this. I got the C5 65" during the last sale of ~$1060 with the free sound bar and the delivery was fine for both items. It's a fantastic TV and definitely an upgrade over the previous C3 55" I was using. The S40T Soundbar is just okay, and don't expect much but its definitely better than just using the TV speakers alone. It's work better for a bedroom than a larger living room, but it's not bad for being free. I would recommend using the HDMI port for the soundbar because it can then be controlled by the TV volume instead of the soundbar remote and power on/off automatically.

I bought my C4 from the LG Partner Store and then got a warranty from Greentoe. You can make a lowball "name your price" offer on the warranty and get it pretty cheap even if you don't buy the TV from them. One of the only ones I could find that supposedly covers burn in.

I'm in the market for this TV as I remodel my basement. However, I won't be able to use it for at least a few months while I complete the extensive remodel. What are thoughts on buying now and holding, versus waiting until black friday or any other potential LG Partner deals?

Since the C5's (2025 model as indicated by LG by the number) are already out of stock in some areas, I would either buy now and hold onto it OR wait until around this time next year when I think the C6 (2026 model) will potentially go on sale for similar prices. TVs such as the Samsung S90F (2025 model) and S90H (2026 model) and to some extent Sony OLED's will continue to give LG OLEDs competition and because LG has been expertly mass producing these top reliability OLEDs since 2016, they're able to compete effectively. I agree with your choice on buying LG C series as it's far more intuitive to use than leading picture quality competitor (Samsung) and far less aggressive about collecting your information. The build quality is also much better especially in terms of the stand so it's a great choice. The Wow Orchestra software, making setting up LG soundbar to be in sync with TV, and controlled by TV remote also makes everything much easier to use so a great choice. Of course I cannot predict the future, so my guess about the C6 being on a similar sale this time next year is a guess, but in general these LG OLED's have slowly gone down in price since 2016.
