The UV has more utility for me than the color modes of the HD03. The Oclip magnet is stronger and therefore more reliable, the charger port door is really nice (the rubber stopper plug on my HD03 popped off on the second use), and the Oclip holds a charge longer.
I slightly prefer the higher CRI of the HD03, but the Oclip Ultra travels with me and the HD03 stays at my desk.
