Guess it would depend on what's causing the red eyes. if from a dry eye. lack of lubrication issue, sure it would help. Google is probably the best place to ask what drops are best for your given situation.

These are the absolute best lubricant eye drops. Highly recommended, much better ingredients than other lubricants, and super effective.

Also great price. Rarely goes on sale.

It's only 10ml size. But I picke dup one to try for $8 on an S&S subscription, which I will cancel.

For those interested, Costco has Refresh Tears 5 bottles totaling 65ml on sale for $22.49.

In the last couple years, I have seen the Walmart house brand artificial tears disappear and it seems only the billion dollars an ounce bastards remain.

This supposed deal at "only" $22 an ounce seems popular, and maybe it is the best we can do today. But I hope that some manufacturer will decide to jump in with a cheaper product that has the (tiny) amount of the "mystery polymer" that makes this work.

Been some issues with eye drops the last few years, lots of recalls due to bacterial contamination. Likely affected some generic manfacturers.
