This stuff is literally the bomb. 2-3 drops will do ya. I put some in mild salsa and it really wakes it up. Way too hot by itself (for me anyway) but it adds nice heat to any sauce or dip or whatever you mix it into. I like it on cottage cheese too.

Regular Tabasco is 29 cents cheaper than Stop and Shop and Keyfood. but, a very hard to find flavor, so this is your only bet.

I really like this stuff. A drop or two gives good heat, and you're not adding so much vinegar that it affects the dish. Classic Tabasco is awesome, but not on everything.
