For $160, it's a great chair now that I assembled it. Bought it for my parent's house.
Can't compare to the ROG Ergo Destrier Chair I have though.
In terms of comfort the hyken may be more comfortable to you initially, but over time as the mesh stretches in the seat, the front of the seat frame will dig into your thighs, it's not opinion it's objective fact and anyone that says otherwise hasn't sat in one long enough to say (ownership time =/= seated time)
The iskur v2 x cushion is pretty firm starting out, but it breaks in nicely over time. I've had the one i'm sitting in right now since march of last year... I sit in it daily, and it is still very comfortable and no wear components are giving out (such as the cushions or armrests)
I've had my hyken since 2019, sat in it every day for 5 years straight, and there is clear wear in certain areas that was already showing less than 12 months in- armrests were split withing 18 mo.
Would also caution that the hyken is much harder to keep clean as there are weird areas inside the frame that collect dust but aren't intuitive to get to even with a swiffer.
I'm not suggesting that one is definitely better than the other for everyone, but for me the iskur is much much better. Woot's return policy is hassle free - no harm in trying it for a few days and drawing your own conclusion if you don't live somewhere they sell the v2x (microcenter has them, and often times on display).
Mesh vs padding is a preference at the end of the day. Most non-mesh chairs trap a ton of heat for someone sitting in them 5+ hours every weekday. The mesh doesn't do that. It's not "opinions"; this is pure science.
Regardless, my advice is to go to Staples to try the chairs out.
