Community Reviews
This C4 Popsicle variety pack is a low-cost way to get the 12 ounce flavors in a 12 pack, with a 16 ounce version available for about a dollar more. The main deal wrinkle is Amazon Subscribe and Save coupons, which can show on the page but fail to apply at checkout. The coupon behavior appears tied to account status and sometimes only works after using the Shop items link and adding the eligible item from there. A practical pick if you are mainly comparing size and can get the coupon to stick.
Common Questions (4)
Amazon can display a Subscribe & Save coupon on the product page while the checkout page removes it. The reported cause is Amazon's coupon system treating some accounts as no longer "casual" S&S users, so the offer may appear cached but fail to apply.
No. Incognito/private mode and another browser can still show the coupon without applying it, so clearing cache usually does not restore the discount.
One workaround is to open the "Shop items" link, choose a Subscribe & Save-eligible item, then add it to cart; that reportedly makes the coupon start applying again on eligible orders. Another suggested workaround is using a new account with a new email, phone, and credit card.
Yes. A 16 oz version in the same flavors is available for about $1 more, so shoppers can choose between the smaller 12 oz cans and the larger size.

From what you described, to me it looks like you've just crossed the line of "no coupons". Part of the amazon site still shows you cached "standard" version with the coupons, but the "real" checkout page knows you have been "stimulated and familiarized" with SnS enough to stop.
Of course, you can try to clear cookies/use "private" mode and see if it helps, but I doubt it'd work.

Some people say creating a new acc with a new email/phone/cc with old address works to make amazon algo think you are a new customer. I didn't bother to try.

While brands still offer these coupons, Amazon made major adjustments to the program to prevent shoppers from exploiting the system—specifically by canceling the subscription immediately after getting the first-order discount. [1, 2]
Key reasons why you might not be seeing or easily using S&S coupons include:

This post author (bot?) phoinix actually does it almost right, see the link "activate and apply" he did? That's the sign of a coupon for casuals. Wish he'd explain it and marked it as such in the title.
edit:
Hmmm... Come to think of it, FP mods began editing posts titles with [Select Accounts] = casuals? Maybe, it will catch on in the hot deals/groceries forum... One can dream.
